Scheduling:
To schedule a telemedicine/telehealth appointment, please contact me via email. If you are a new patient, please use my email submission form under the Contact tab.
Clinic Hours :
Tuesdays: 8 AM-1 PM Alaska Time
Thursdays: 8-10 AM Alaska Time
Fridays: 8 AM-1 PM Alaska Time
Appointments are 30-60 minutes long. I can occasionally book clinic hours outside of those posted above. If none of these times are possible for you, please let me know!
New Client Forms:
For your first visit you will need to read and fill out New Client Forms. This is about 30 minutes of work. Please prepare these ahead of time, and email to me so that I may review them prior to your first visit.
